Threaded Flange

Threaded Flange achieves reliable sealing through precision internal threads screwing with pipes, eliminating welding and avoiding material embrittlement and stress concentration caused by welding. Compliant with GOST 9399 and ISO standards, it is available in carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials, with pressure resistance up to PN40MPa and stable sealing performance in low-temperature environments (-45℃ to room temperature).
Widely used in petroleum, chemical, natural gas and other fields, it is especially suitable for confined space construction and flammable and explosive medium pipeline systems. The installation efficiency is 60% higher than that of welded flanges, enabling easy maintenance and disassembly.
